About the Artist
Lew Fuller is a photographer and award winning quilt artist in Burlington, New Jersey and (I) he has created over a unique photo quilt style of handcrafted quilts* and photo art.
Lew's photos focus on travel, architecture, nature and man's effect on nature.The photos are prepared as art panels, color and b&w prints and canvas art.
Lew specializes in using photographs of every kind to create contemporary mosaic style quilts. It is fabric art designed to be an accent and conversation piece
suitable for home decor, as well as business and public settings.

A Truly Unique Way To Showoff Photographs
Remember this phase? What's old is new again ...here is a 'new' way to display your photos as art using an 'old' tradition.
In this digital age, we now have the ability to take pictures of everything we do and of everywhere we go. But what do we do with with all those image that we create? And while thinking about that, let's take a step back, back into a time not so long ago when photo's were paper based.
Now there are many ways methods of displaying digital photos, some examples are - displaying photos on mobile devices, digital photo frames, digital scrapbooks, photo books, on-line photo sharing sites (Flickr, Picasa, Snapfish and Shutterfly and others), photo gifts such as photos on canvas, calendars, mugs, t-shirts, tote bags, paper weights, puzzles
But many of the display platforms require some means electronically displaying your images.
I believe that I've developed a means of displaying family photos, old or new, as art. The way of doing so isn't exactly new but my way of using your photos is. I use quilts or wall hangings as the platform and family photos placed on the quilts as a collage, or a 'mosaic'. Photo quilts aren't new, they've been made for around 20 years. The Mosaic Photo Quilt* is one of a kind, everyone is truly an original.
